Fall Free Agent Registration – Looking for a Team?

Free Agent Registration is a great way to meet other villagers!

How the Free Agent Process Works

1. Register as a Free Agent
Complete the Free Agent registration and select the sport, league, and division you are interested in joining. You will not be charged when you initially register.

2. Tell Us If You Want to Play With Friends
Have a friend or small group you'd like to play with? List their names in the Teammate Request section. We will do our best to place requested players together.

3. We Work to Find You a Team
Free Agents are matched based on team openings, roster needs, league availability, and registration order. Players who register earlier will generally receive the first available placement opportunities.

When we have a potential team for you, we will contact you using the information provided during registration. Please respond promptly. If we do not receive a response after multiple contact attempts, we may move on to the next player on the FA waitlist.

4. You Are Charged Only After Being Matched
Your registration fee is deferred until you are successfully placed on a team. Once matched, you will be charged the applicable registration fee for that sport.

Important Free Agent Information

• Signing up as a Free Agent does not guarantee placement on a team, but we do reserve 1 team spot in each league for a "Villager Free Agent" Team. 
• Team matching will take place from the time registration opens to a week after registration closes. 
• Any free agent that is not matched with a team 3 business days before the start of that specific sport's season will receive an email letting them know they were not matched this season. 
• There may still be opportunities to sub for teams and get involved even if you aren't placed on a season long roster. 
• Indicating you are willing to be a captain may increase your chance of being matched with a team!

Doubles Pickleball

Team Registration

Registration

• Captains: Register your team using this link.
• Registration covers all players on your team. We recommend 3-5 players per team. You choose who plays in which matches/games. 
• Team Registration Fee: $230 per Village resident team. $250 for non-resident teams. 
• Coed teams are encouraged.

League Options

Recreational Doubles (Mondays)

• Game Times: 7PM–11PM
• Perfect for newer players or those looking for a relaxed, social atmosphere.
• This division is a great fit if:
  • Are new to pickleball or still developing your game.
  • Enjoy friendly competition in a fun environment.
  • Are still learning strategy, positioning, and shot selection.

 Intermediate Doubles (Wednesdays)

• Game Times: 7PM–11PM (2 matches per week)
• Designed for players with previous pickleball experience looking for more competitive matches.
• This division is a great fit if:
  • Play regularly and understand the rules and strategy of the game.
  • Can consistently serve, return, and sustain rallies.
  • Are comfortable playing at a faster pace.
  • Enjoy competitive but recreational-level play.

League Information

• Format: Doubles (2v2). Matches are best 2 out of 3 games. Guaranteed 2 matches per week. 6 weeks of regular season + playoffs. 
• Games: First 2 games of a match are played to 11 points. If a 3rd game is needed to determine the outcome of the match, it will be played to 7 points. 
• Matches are self-officiated.
• We will provide team shirts, a scorekeeper, and game balls. We may have paddles on hand to borrow, but strongly suggest you bring your own.

Basketball Team Registration (Captain Sign-Up Only)

Captain Registration

• Team captains should register using this link.
• The listed price reflects the Village Resident rate. Non-residents will be charged an additional $10.
• During registration, captains will select the appropriate league from the dropdown menu.
• After registering, captains will manually create their team roster by entering each player's email address and phone number.

• Once the roster has been submitted, each team member will receive an email containing their individual registration link.
• Every player must complete their registration and payment through that email link before they can be added to the official team roster.

Coed Basketball

• Game Day: Mondays
• Format: 5v5
• Teams must have at least 3 women on the roster and a minimum of 2 women on the court at all times.

Men's Basketball

• Game Day: Mondays or Wednesdays
• Format: 5v5

Fall Indoor Volleyball - Team Registration - Fall 2026

Coed Indoor Volleyballl Team Registration (Captain Sign-Up Only)

Captain Registration

• After registering, captains will manually create their team roster by entering each player's email address.
• Important: Do not select the "Player Registration Included" option, as this will result in being charged twice.

Player Registration

• Once the roster has been submitted, each team member will receive an email containing their individual registration link.
• Teams must have at least 2 registered women on the roster, with at least 1 woman on the court during each match.

League Options

Recreational Volleyball (Tuesdays | 6:30 PM–9:30 PM)
Designed for players of all experience levels who are looking for a fun, social, and welcoming environment. This division is a great fit if you:

• Are new to volleyball or still developing your skills.
• Play casually with friends or coworkers.
• Want a balance of friendly competition and fun.
• Prefer a relaxed atmosphere over highly competitive matches.

Competitive Volleyball (Thursdays | 6:30 PM–9:30 PM)
Intended for experienced players looking for faster-paced, higher-level competition. This division is a great fit if you:

• Have played organized volleyball in high school, college, club, or competitive adult leagues.
• Have strong knowledge of rotations, positioning, and offensive systems.
• Consistently use 3 hits and get the ball over the net.

Fall Sand Volleyball - Team Registration - Fall 2026

Coed Sand Volleyball Team Registration – Captain Sign-Up

Team Captains should register first and create their team.

After registering, the Team Captain will invite each player to join the roster via email. All players must accept their invitation and complete their individual registration before participating.

Players: Do not create a separate team if your captain has already registered.

• 6v6 Coed Recreational (Min 2 girls on court)
• 4v4 Coed Intermediate (Min 2 girls on court)

Wednesday Nights | 7:00 PM–11:00 PM

• 6v6 Coed Recreational (Min 2 girls on court)
• 4v4 Coed Competitive (Min 2 girls on court)

Which Division Should I Play?

6v6 Recreational – Just for Fun!
Our most social and beginner-friendly division. Perfect for newer players, friend groups, and teams primarily looking to have fun and enjoy a night of volleyball. Previous volleyball experience is not required.

4v4 Intermediate – Experienced & Competitive
For players who understand volleyball and are comfortable consistently serving overhand, passing, setting, attacking, and covering the court with fewer players. Expect competitive matches while maintaining a fun and social atmosphere.

4v4 Advanced – High-Level Play
Our highest level of Sand Volleyball. Designed for experienced players with strong ball control and an understanding of competitive volleyball strategy. Players should be comfortable with consistent overhand or jump serving, accurate setting, attacking, blocking, and organized offense and defense.

Fall Softball - Team Registration - Fall 2026

Fall Coed Soccer - Team Registration - Fall 2026

Coed Soccer Team Registration (Captain Sign-Up)

Captain Registration

• Team captains should register using this link. If you are a team member, join through the invite your captain sent you. 
• The listed price reflects the Village Resident rate. Non-residents will be charged an additional $10.
• After registering, captains will create their team roster by adding each player's email address.
• Important: Do not select the "Player Registration Included" option, as this will result in being charged twice.

Player Registration

• Once the roster has been created, each player will automatically receive an email with their personal registration link.
• Every team member must complete their individual registration and payment through that email before they can be added to the official team roster.

Game Information

• Game Days: Sundays, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Season Includes:
  • 7 weeks of officiated games
  • Single-elimination playoffs
  • Team jerseys
  • Weekly drink specials
  • Championship prizes

League Format

• 7v7 Coed (female-only teams are also welcome).
• Teams must have at least 2 women on the field during play and a minimum of 4 women on the roster.
• VSVL Will provide field, game ball. Players bring their own cleats, shin guards, goalie gloves, or any other personal equipment.
